Fantastic Family Holiday!

amazing hospitality food choice special service

I greatly enjoyed my stay with my parents and two children. The hospitality was amazing, displaying both kindness and professionalism. The housekeeping team including Mansi Ankita Anand and Rahul really stood out! The F&B team including Ruksar Moupiye Bikram and Javed were excellent. I also want to commend Sous Chef Rakesh Kumar. The staff especially Sangeetha and Shubham offered perfect and special service. The breakfast buffet offered excellent choice, and the staff was attentive.

Monsoon rains made it difficult to use all the resort activities. I wish I could have explored the beach hotel to its full potential. Next time, I'll plan my trip to avoid the rainy season. I want to enjoy everything the hotel offers.

Lovely Family Getaway

amazing hospitality excellent support helpful staff

I highly recommend this destination. We enjoyed amazing kindness and hospitality throughout our one week stay. The housekeeping team cleaned the room well. The food and beverage team ensured we were always satisfied with our meals. The guest services team provided excellent support. Staff members were really nice too help us.
